Complete Control & Independence

All operational systems are deployed within accounts owned by the client.

CIA is granted access by invitation only and does not retain ownership of

any platform, data, or credentials. Ongoing engagement is governed by the

Service Agreement and may be concluded in line with tier-specific notice periods.

Operational Clarifications

What happens after I select a tier?

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a CIA onboarding package outlining the next steps, required documentation, and access instructions. Engagement begins once the Service Agreement is executed and intake information is received.

When does the engagement window begin?

The engagement window begins once platform access is granted and operational intake is completed. Deployment timelines are defined in the Service Agreement.

What systems are included in the foundation deployment?

All tiers include deployment of the 10 Core Operational Systems covering: dispatch, scheduling, operational control, job start verification, daily work allocation, workforce onboarding, workforce training, incident reporting, asset management, and compliance.

What does “ongoing support” include?

Ongoing support varies by engagement tier and is defined in the contract. It may include system maintenance, optimisation, escalation handling, and operational guidance.

Can I upgrade my tier later?

Yes. Organisations may upgrade to a higher engagement tier to expand system coverage or support depth. Upgrade terms are handled via contract amendment.

Do you replace our existing systems?

CIA assesses existing tools and processes during intake. Outdated or fragmented systems are replaced. Fit-for-purpose tools may be retained where appropriate. The objective is structured, auditable operations — not tool preservation.

Is this consulting or advisory work?

No. CIA designs, deploys, and maintains operational systems.

This is infrastructure delivery — not consulting, coaching, or advisory services.

Is this a subscription commitment?

Only engagement tiers with ongoing operational support include a monthly fee. One-time deployment tiers do not carry recurring charges.

What platforms are CIA systems deployed on?

CIA systems are deployed using selected third-party operational platforms, including Connecteam where appropriate. CIA configures and governs the systems within these environments, while platform accounts and subscriptions remain fully owned by the client.

Do we retain control of our systems and accounts?

Yes. All operational systems are deployed within accounts owned by your organisation. CIA is invited as an administrator solely for the purpose of system deployment and support. Clients may discontinue ongoing engagement in line with the notice period defined in their selected engagement tier and Service Agreement.

Is CIA affiliated with any government agency?

No. CIA is a private, independent commercial agency.

Full non-affiliation details are outlined in our legal disclosures.
