TO THE FOUNDATION OPS

ONBOARDING PROCESS

This onboarding process is designed to collect the minimum required information needed to deploy your core operational systems accurately and without delay.

Please complete each step carefully. Incomplete or incorrect information may pause deployment.

Estimated time to complete: 3–5 minutes.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

This onboarding package will guide you through the following steps:

  • Review key engagement information and deployment conditions

  • Review and acknowledge the CIA Service Agreement

  • Understand platform access requirements

  • Confirm your responsibilities as the client

  • Complete the operational intake required for deployment

Once onboarding is completed and all requirements are met, system deployment will commence.

FOUNDATION OPS SCOPE OF WORKS

Foundation Ops includes a one-time system setup and deployment based on the information you provide during this onboarding. This deployment establishes your organisation’s core operational systems, including workflows, roles, permissions, and foundational structures.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

  • Foundation Ops is deployed once

  • Deployment is based on the information submitted in this onboarding

  • Changes after submission are not included

If changes are required after onboarding, this may require:

  • A separate engagement, or

  • An upgrade to Covert Ops or Black Ops

WHEN YOUR SYSTEMS ARE DEPLOYED

System deployment will commence within 10 business days once all of the following are complete:

  • Onboarding form submitted

  • Required agreements acknowledged

  • Platform access granted

Delays in providing information or access will delay deployment.

PLATFORM ACCESS

CIA systems are deployed inside client-owned platforms, including Connecteam.

CIA does not own or control your platform account.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  • Have an active platform account (or create one)

  • Invite the CIA as an administrator

  • Maintain access until deployment is complete

Restricted or revoked access may delay deployment.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth deployment, you are responsible for:

  • Assigning an internal owner for this engagement

  • Providing accurate organisational and staff information

  • Completing the operational intake below

  • Granting CIA administrator access

  • Ensuring staff availability where required
